The Exatron Model 802 Table Top Single Site Test Handler is an automated Pick & Place system ideal for engineering and the test development of IC System Level Testing (SLT). It handles a wide variety of device types and sizes ranging from 1.6 x 1.6 mm to 60 x 60 mm. Two software allocatable JEDEC trays maximize engineering test capability, saving money and time, all within a small table space.
All Exatron handlers are designed and manufactured in San Jose, California.

The PET-4 features Exatron's direct contact Wide Range Thermal Head (WRTH) allowing a full temperature range of -55°C to +155°C.
PET-4 M - Manual Work Station:
Requires operator to move the WRTH to rest socket manually.
Manual air switch to raise/lower WRTH.
Manually adjusted air pressure control.
No computer or software required.
PET-4 A - Automated Work Station:
WRTH raises/lowers automatically over test socket with the push of a button.
Added cylinder moves WRTH side to side.
